Your system is yours.

Local control is always included. Subscribe when you want remote access, professional care, security monitoring, or complete protection.

Local operation. No subscription required.

No subscription is needed for your installed, locally supported system to keep working. Canceling a plan does not disable locally supported lights, locks, climate controls, scenes, or automations. Power, functioning equipment, and the local network are still required. Cloud-dependent features, remote services, and third-party subscriptions are separate.

Four services. A price built around your property.

Your commercial plan is tailored to your operation. We assess registered device count, building size, number of sites, equipment compatibility, and service scope, then provide custom plan and pricing options. Monthly and annual options, where available, are outlined in your proposal.

Scoped for the whole operation.

Start with an inventory and initial assessment. Your proposal identifies supported sites and devices, service hours, access permissions, maintenance responsibilities, response targets, battery allowances, and any coverage limits. Security alarm monitoring is distinct from general technology-health monitoring.

Battery service and maintenance

Your custom plan defines the registered battery-powered devices and annual battery allowance. Standard disposable batteries within that allowance are included; specialty, proprietary, and rechargeable packs may cost extra. Unused allowances do not roll over. Maintenance takes place during battery replacement appointments when batteries require service—not as two fixed annual visits.

Professional security monitoring

Future Secure is available by itself. You do not need Future Watch or Future Care. Compatible equipment is required. Permits, false-alarm charges, cellular equipment, video verification, or certain monitoring services may cost extra. Response and dispatch depend on the event, verification, and applicable requirements.

Eligible-device coverage

Coverage applies only to eligible registered devices. Eligibility requirements, an initial inspection, waiting periods, service fees, claim limits, annual coverage limits, exclusions, and complete terms apply. Not every device or type of damage is covered. Review your coverage agreement before enrolling.

What happens if I cancel?

No subscription is needed for your installed, locally supported system to keep working. Canceling a plan does not disable locally supported lights, locks, climate controls, scenes, or automations. Power, functioning equipment, and the local network are still required. Cloud-dependent features, remote services, and third-party subscriptions are separate. Subscription services end according to your agreement; your installed local functions remain yours.

Support beyond the handoff.

Monitor: See issues before they interrupt the work.

How this supports your operation

Agreed health checks give your team a clearer picture of supported networks and connected systems. Establish a baseline, decide which conditions need attention, and route findings to the people responsible for acting on them.

  • Track internet connectivity, network equipment availability, and supported device health across covered locations.
  • Check camera availability and recording status, access-control connectivity, or controller faults where supported and included.
  • Document recurring outages and agreed alert thresholds, with named contacts and an escalation path.

For example, an offline dining-room access point or unavailable camera can become an actionable support item instead of an unexplained operational problem. Checks, alert delivery, review frequency, and response hours are defined in your agreement—not assumed to be continuous emergency monitoring.

Maintain: Keep the foundation ready for daily use.

How this supports your operation

Preventive maintenance brings configuration care, planned updates, and system checks into a schedule that respects your business hours. Changes should have an owner, a maintenance window, and a way to verify the result.

  • Maintain supported configuration backups and equipment records, with recovery steps and controlled access.
  • Review firmware and software updates for compatibility, schedule approved work, and confirm key functions afterward.
  • Check agreed lighting and shade schedules, audio zones, camera retention settings, and control interfaces after relevant changes.

For a restaurant, schedule an approved update outside service hours and verify point-of-sale connectivity, lunch shades, and opening scenes before staff need them. Hardware replacement, licenses, and on-site visits are separately scoped unless included.

Support: Give your team a clear path to help.

How this supports your operation

Define who can request help, which systems are covered, and how an issue moves from first report to resolution. Documented support makes it easier to troubleshoot without repeatedly rediscovering how the building works.

  • Provide agreed remote troubleshooting for supported connectivity, controls, audio, video, and shade systems using authorized access.
  • Record symptoms, affected areas, recent changes, and business impact to prioritize work within the service agreement.
  • Coordinate with designated internet providers, equipment vendors, or site contacts and arrange separately scoped on-site work when needed.

If a meeting-room display stops connecting or patio audio will not respond, staff have a defined contact and useful reporting steps. Service hours, response targets, escalation, and after-hours options are agreed in writing; a response target is not a guaranteed resolution time.

Evolve: Plan for what the building needs next.

How this supports your operation

Use service history and operational changes to guide the next investment. Review recurring issues, capacity, equipment lifecycle, and new uses for the space so improvements follow an intentional plan.

  • Review recurring support items and identify practical improvements to reliability, usability, and documentation.
  • Assess supported equipment lifecycle, network capacity, licensing renewals, and proposed tenant or floor-plan changes.
  • Plan additional camera coverage, new meeting spaces, motorized shades, or revised lighting and audio scenes as separately defined upgrades.

When a restaurant adds a patio or an office gains more meeting rooms, review network capacity, pathways, controls, and support coverage together. Deliverables can include prioritized recommendations and an upgrade roadmap at the agreed review cadence.

State compliance and inspection preparation.

Coordinate cameras, recording, intrusion, controlled entry, failure alerts, backup power, testing and documentation around your facility’s applicable requirements. Plan the complete agreed security package, then define the support that keeps it serviceable.
