Clear scope before you enroll.
We start with your device inventory and site assessment, then define service responsibilities, access permissions, supported equipment, response targets, and applicable limits. This inquiry requests a proposal; it does not enroll you or collect payment.
Your custom plan defines the registered battery-powered devices and annual battery allowance. Standard disposable batteries within that allowance are included; specialty, proprietary, and rechargeable packs may cost extra. Unused allowances do not roll over. Maintenance takes place during battery replacement appointments when batteries require service—not as two fixed annual visits.
Compatible equipment is required. Permits, false-alarm charges, cellular equipment, video verification, or certain monitoring services may cost extra. Response and dispatch depend on the event, verification, and applicable requirements.
Coverage applies only to eligible registered devices. Eligibility requirements, an initial inspection, waiting periods, service fees, claim limits, annual coverage limits, exclusions, and complete terms apply. Not every device or type of damage is covered. Review your coverage agreement before enrolling.
Your system remains yours.
No subscription is needed for your installed, locally supported system to keep working. Canceling a plan does not disable locally supported lights, locks, climate controls, scenes, or automations. Power, functioning equipment, and the local network are still required. Cloud-dependent features, remote services, and third-party subscriptions are separate.
